ADULT PADDLE + YOGA

Ages 15 – 80+ 

This fun 90-minute class begins with a short lesson on paddle basics followed by 45 minutes of yoga then open paddle before returning to shore. Students will enjoy paddling to a quiet spot on the lake, anchoring their board and beginning their floating yoga session with Pranayama (breath). Every class is uniquely different with stretch, spinal balance, and a variety of yoga poses ending with Savasana (resting pose). Modifications will be shared to accommodate ALL levels from beginners to advanced. Bring a friend or two to share this amazing experience combining yoga with nature!

5 PACK ADULT PADDLE + YOGA

Ages 15 – 80+

OPEN PADDLE

Ages 15 – 80+ 

This 60 minute class will introduce water safety and paddling techniques with free time to venture on your own! Perfect for folks who want a great upper body and core workout or just paddle at your own leisurely pace taking in the beautiful sights and sounds of Lake Altoona, Dells Pond/Mt. Simon or Coon Fork Lake. Bring a friend or two to share in the fun!

SUNRISE PADDLE

Ages 15 – 80+ 

Are you a morning person who enjoys the beauty and solitude of that special time of day? If so, this 60 minute paddle only class is for you! Imagine starting your day floating on the water with Mother Nature as the backdrop and only the sound of your paddle entering the water! This is a guided class where you will learn various paddle techniques followed by free time to enjoy the scenery and sounds of nature. Bring a friend or two to share this amazing experience!

PRIVATE LESSON

Ages 18 – 80+ 

(Adult Lesson Only) You and a friend will enjoy a private 2 hour lesson learning basic/advanced paddling skills, 60 minutes of Vinyasa/Restorative Yoga plus additional free time of paddling afterwards.

SPECIAL PARTY/EVENT

Ages 8 – 80+ 

Are you looking for a fun theme for a birthday party, family reunion, bachelorette party, corporate retreat, athletic team building, church summer picnic or other special event? Floating Bliss will arrive at your event destination introducing your guests to SUP OR SUP Yoga. Our instructor will spend time going over the safety, use of a paddle board/paddling techniques for open paddle time OR getting anchored in the water, leading groups of 8 through stretch, vinyasa flow/yoga poses and then paddle back to shore.
