Whether you're a beginner or an avid yogi, this is for you!
If you can balance, you can stand up paddle (SUP). If you can breathe, you can yoga. There is absolutely no need for you to have prior experience of SUP or Yoga, we’ll teach you everything you need to know. You’ll challenge your balance, stretch your body, breathe deeply and relax completely.
Our instructor will introduce you to stand up paddling at the beginning of the lesson and you will be able to balance and feel comfortable on your board in just a few minutes.
PADDLE ONLY CLASS
A 60 minute Sunrise or Open class introduces you to Stand Up Paddle.
sup + Yoga event
Bring the SUP Yoga experience to your private summer party/event.
SUP + Yoga Class
A 90 minute class on the water for adults ages 15 and up.
SUP + Yoga Private Party/Event
Looking for a fun theme for a family reunion, bachelorette party, corporate retreat, athletic team building, or other special event? Floating Bliss will arrive at your event destination introducing your guests to SUP OR SUP Yoga.
Our instructor will spend time going over the safety, use of a paddle board/paddling techniques for open paddle time OR getting anchored in the water, leading groups of 8 through stretch, vinyasa flow/yoga poses and then paddle back to shore.
